About me

It can be a daunting and overwhelming decision to arrange counselling, and I am here to support you through the process and through your counselling journey.  I am a pluralistic counsellor which means I work in a client centred way, using approaches that are decided upon in consultation with you and tailored to your needs.
I have experience of working with both adults and children, and have worked with families and young people in a variety of settings. I have several years experience of working in the public sector, safeguarding families and supporting them through difficult times. I also counsel young people with a range of difficulties and challenges for a local charity.

I am fully insured and a registered member of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

I also have a full profile on Counselling Directory.
